I can't speak highly enough about the level of care my mother has received from the dedicated individuals at AJ Home Care. Her care givers have become like family; they are caring, compassionate, patient, and thoughtful. The communication among the care givers, office staff, and clients is wonderful. They go above and beyond keeping in touch and updating me as needed. I appreciate that they work with each individual client to devise the best strategies and care plans possible. My family and I cannot thank Adi and her caregivers enough for the special care they give to our elderly aunt. It is obvious that communication between the caregivers and Adi is excellent; I can call Adi on any given day, and she is completely up to date on the status of my aunt. Most importantly, my aunt is very appreciative and comfortable with the great care she receives. She has not voiced one single complaint about her caregivers, and believe me, she would if there was even the smallest issue. The AJ Home Care team has come through for our family every time we've reached out. I have two parents with cognitive impairment, and keeping up with their care and medical appointments has been increasingly overwhelming; AJ Home Care picks up where their assisted living community and my own schedule leave off. They work hard to accommodate even last-minute emergency requests, employ truly amazing & patient people, and they're kind every step of the way.
